Information we collect

Aura Aesthetics collects information that you choose to send through this website or through the services linked from it.

• The contact form asks for your name and phone number. Email, service interest, and the message field are optional.
• VIP and launch waitlist forms ask for your email address.
• Pro forms ask for your email address and either a professional title or a specialization, depending on the form.
• Booking links open GlossGenius. GlossGenius collects the information you enter on its service under its own privacy terms.

If you include skin concerns, current products, timing preferences, or other details in the contact-form message, those details become part of your request.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to contact and appointment requests
• Send the updates requested through a waitlist or Pro form
• Understand website use and improve pages and forms
• Measure advertising and the actions people take after visiting an ad
• Protect forms from automated abuse

Website forms and booking

• Contact, waitlist, and Pro forms send their fields to an n8n intake service used by Aura Aesthetics. The submission also includes the page, form name, source, and page path. Advertising click IDs and campaign query values are removed from the website form payload.
• The contact form is configured to store its submitted request in Formspark and route the request details to Aura Aesthetics by email and text message.
• Cloudflare Turnstile may check a form submission for automated abuse when the site has that service configured. The resulting security token goes with the form submission.
• Appointment booking takes place on GlossGenius. Aura Aesthetics does not receive your booking-form entry through the website forms described above.

Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and a Meta pixel are on by default. A visitor can turn them off at any time with Necessary only, and Global Privacy Control turns them off automatically. When either applies, these services stay off and the site does not store advertising attribution.

While these services are on, the site may use them for page and interaction measurement. Google events use a short list of page, action, form, and link details. Skin-goal choices, form fields, email domains, professional details, advertising click IDs, and campaign values are not included in these custom events. Google Ads may use inbound ad-click information through its own tag. Form submission and booking navigation still work when these services are off because they are actions you request.

The Meta pixel measures visits to this website and helps show ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta visit tracking is on by default and covered by the same choice as the Google services. While it is on, the site may send at most one page-view request per loaded page. The request identifies this website but not the page you opened. It does not send your form entries, page content, search text, or advertising click IDs, and it does not report phone, text, form, or booking clicks. Meta also receives ordinary connection and browser information such as your IP address and browser headers, and may read or set its own cookies according to your browser settings.

Public review widgets on the homepage and Reviews page load from BoostBusiness and MoreGoodReviews independently of optional Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta preferences. Their provider telemetry, payload, retention, deletion, and receipt behavior have not been verified by Aura Aesthetics.

Separately from the Google and Meta services above, Aura Aesthetics keeps a first-party count of actions on this site, such as a booking-link click, a phone, text, email, or directions tap, a popup view or dismissal, or an accepted website form. This count runs on our own server, does not use cookies or any device or user identifier, and records only a daily total grouped by the kind of action, a coarse service group, and a page area. It does not store a page address, search terms, form answers, names, email addresses, or phone numbers, and it is not used for advertising. This count is what lets us see which pages help people take an action even when Google and Meta are off. You can turn it off in Privacy preferences, and Global Privacy Control turns it off for you.

Cookies and browser storage

When Google and Meta measurement is on, Google and Meta may use cookies or similar browser storage under their own settings and policies. The site does not create its own advertising-attribution record and does not keep Google click IDs. Choosing Necessary only clears site-controlled optional provider storage and attempts to remove first-party Meta cookies the site can access. A request already sent before you turn it off cannot be recalled. A session flag may keep the exit popup from repeating after certain conversion actions.

Service providers

Information goes to the services needed for each action: n8n for website intake, Formspark for contact-form storage, email and text-message notification services for routing contact-form requests to Aura Aesthetics, Cloudflare Turnstile for form security when configured, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta page-view measurement while they are on, and GlossGenius for booking. These providers process information under their own terms and settings.

Your choices

On desktop, you can reopen Privacy preferences from the site footer. Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta visit tracking for Facebook and Instagram ads are on by default; choose Necessary only to turn them off, and choose Keep all on to turn them back on. Global Privacy Control turns them off. The same panel has a separate control for the first-party anonymous action count, so you can keep that off on its own without changing your Google and Meta choice. You can also use the unsubscribe instructions in a marketing email or contact Aura Aesthetics to ask about information you sent to the business.

Retention and security

Aura Aesthetics has not published one fixed retention period for all of these records. The website uses HTTPS for transmission. No internet transmission or electronic storage method can guarantee complete security.

Changes to this policy

Aura Aesthetics will post policy changes on this page and replace the date above with the date of the latest review.
